Terms of Service
The rules of the road for using Fleetile. Plain language. No surprises.
- Use Fleetile only on vehicles you own or are authorised to track.
- We provide the platform "as is"; read the liability section.
- We may suspend abusive accounts. You can cancel anytime.
- Your data stays yours; we hold a limited licence to process it.
The service
Fleetile is a multi-tenant GPS fleet tracking platform delivered via web, iOS, and Android. Feature availability depends on your subscription plan. We may roll out new features and deprecate old ones over time. For breaking changes that affect your day-to-day workflow, we give at least 30 days' notice.
Your account
One person per account; share access with your team through role-based permissions inside the dashboard.
- Keep your credentials safe; never share passwords.
- Notify us within 24 hours of any suspected unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Fleetile is a powerful tool. Use it lawfully and responsibly.
- Track only vehicles you own, lease, or have written authorisation to monitor.
- Use remote commands (engine cut, lock, etc.) only on vehicles you legally control.
- Do not reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data, or interfere with operation.
- Do not use the service for harassment, stalking, or any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
Fleetile, our logo, dashboard UI, and platform code are our intellectual property. You retain full ownership of your fleet data; we hold only a limited licence to process it for the purpose of running the service for you. Feedback you send us is non-confidential, and we may use it freely to improve the product.
Subscription & payment
Access to Fleetile is provided on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycle and payment terms are agreed with each customer during onboarding and set out in your order form. All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Failed payments may suspend service after a 7-day grace period.
- Subscriptions are refundable pro-rata if you cancel mid-term (in writing).
- Any change to fees is communicated at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Availability & support
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance. Live status and incident history are published at status.fleetile.com. Enterprise customers receive contractual SLA credits per the plan addendum. Standard support is email-based with a 24-hour response target on business days.
Liability
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, with all faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data beyond our retention obligations, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel anytime from the billing page in the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or repeated abuse, with notice when feasible. After termination, your data is available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted (subject to legal holds).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Karachi. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or UK, you also retain the protections of your local consumer law.
